Cass feels what Joseph has done and picks his brain to try and figure it out. As he dose he sees the mummy bow. Cass, figuring this is how you were polite in Joseph's culture, awkwardly mimics the gesture in friendship. Cass thinks, not too hard though. If had thought a bit harder he would have realized activating his Passion Caul would have been a bad idea. He opens the gate and instantly feels a rip in his synergy. Taken by surprise during his bow he falls to one knee.
